Where is patient data stored, and is intake paperless?
Yes, fully paperless. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in HIPAA, PIPEDA, GDPR, and PDPA compliant regions. North American clinics get US or Canadian regions by default. Other regions on request.
Can we customize what the AI asks per specialty?
Yes. Intelligent intake adapts to your specialty. You add custom form fields, write custom instructions for the AI, and pick which questions matter most for your clinic.
Which EMRs does this work with?
Hilt sends the approved summary in a format your EMR can ingest. Common targets include Oscar, Accuro, Telus PSS, Jane App, Epic, Athena, and Cerner. Ask our team to enable a specific connection for your clinic. One way or two way.
