# Hilt Health Affiliate Terms
Welcome to the Hilt Health Affiliate Program. By participating, you agree to:
## 1. Commission
We pay 30% of net subscription revenue from clinics you refer for the lifetime of the customer relationship. Commission rate may change with 30 days written notice.
## 2. Holds and clawbacks
Commissions are held 30 days from payment date (60 days for your first commission, 90 days while a payment dispute is open). If a referred customer is refunded or charges back, the corresponding commission is clawed back. PayPal chargeback fees ($20 each) may be deducted from your balance.
## 3. Anti-spam
You must have permission to contact every business you target with a premium-trial code. Hilt Health may suspend partners who generate codes for unconsented recipients.
## 4. Tax
You are responsible for declaring your affiliate income in your jurisdiction. US partners must submit a W-9 before receiving payouts that bring lifetime earnings above $600. Non-US partners may need to submit W-8BEN at our request.
## 5. Termination
We may terminate the relationship for fraud, anti-spam violations, or material TOS breach. Banning forfeits any unpaid balance. Cancellation by the partner takes effect after the next payout cycle.
## 6. Disputes
Disputes between you and us are governed by Delaware law and resolved in Delaware courts.
